Job Summary:

As an IDAM Level 2 Engineer, you will be a key member of the Identity and Access Management team, responsible for the implementation, administration, and support of identity management solutions. You will work to ensure the secure and efficient management of user identities, access controls, and authentication processes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identity Lifecycle Management:
• Execute and enhance processes for user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.
• Implement and manage identity lifecycle automation to improve efficiency.

 

2. Access Control and Permissions:
• Configure and manage access controls based on the principle of least privilege.
• Work on access reviews and audits to identify and remediate unauthorized access.

 

3. Authentication Solutions:
• Administer and support multi-factor authentication solutions.
• Configure and maintain authentication protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and LDAP.

 

4. Troubleshooting and Support:
• Provide Level 2 support for identity and access management systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user authentication and authorization.

 

5. Integration and Automation:
• Integrate IDAM solutions with various systems and applications within the organization.
• Collaborate with development teams to automate identity and access management processes.

 

6. Security and Compliance:
• Monitor and respond to security incidents related to identity and access management.
• Ensure that IDAM practices comply with relevant security standards and regulations.

 

7. Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation related to identity and access management processes and configurations.
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IDAM activities.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in implementing and supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Solid understanding of authentication protocols, access controls, and identity lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools for IDAM processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
