Correspondence with candidates: Send copies of all communication with candidates including call letters, offer letters, appointment letters, etc. to InMind IT Services for follow-up.
Replacement: InMind IT Services guarantees free replacement of the candidate just in case he/she leaves your organization within three months from the date of joining the organization. This does not apply to the case where the employer terminates the services of the candidate for any reason whatsoever after confirming his appointment.
Fee: - We will be charging 8.33% + GST of the candidate’s annual gross salary.
The Resumes are forwarded to you as per the requirement. In case you choose someone from these resumes against any subsequent requirement, or if a candidate is rejected by you at an interview is selected later through a walk-in interview, or a candidate declines to join your organization at the time of the interview but later approaches you directly and joins your organization, will consider being a placement done by us and service charges will have to be borne.
A copy of the appointment letter along with a detailed breakup of the remuneration package will be made available to us within three days of the candidate joining your organization.
